Gifts of Stock Donors may support MAWS by transferring stock to the organization. The full market value of the stock can be taken as a tax-deduction the day it is transferred

Gifts of Appreciated Property Donors may gift securities, real estate, or other tangible property such as antiques, artwork, or jewelry, and receive numerous tax benefits.
MAWS encourages donors interested in making a major contribution to work with an estate-planning professional. MAWS can refer donors to established estate-planning professionals, knowledgeable about the numerous tax advantageous associated with nonprofit giving.
MAWS also welcomes donated goods and equipment such as computers, furniture, or automobiles which may be used for programs or sold for income to support the organization.
